Hand Pressed Custom ShirtIf your shirt collection has graduated to the realm of Brioni, Tom Ford, Cesare Attolini and Kiton then you undoubtedly understand the difference between machine pressing and hand pressing.

Most local shirt launderers (who charge less than $10 per shirt) will subject your garments to a machine press that spits out over 100 shirts per hour - a process that is not only rough on the fabric, but will cause your shirts to wear out in no time.

At Arthur Copeland, we take care of your shirts as if they were our own; we carefully inspect each for stains, which are cleaned appropriately with a small batch wash and warm water, then pressed using hand irons and given a final inspection. Buttons are checked and are never returned damaged or chipped.

We recommend that starch not be used as it will cause the fabric of your shirt to prematurely wear.

Great shirts require great care. You wouldn't bring your Ferrari to the Ford dealer for service, would you?
